Zardetto Prosecco
A lovely sparkling wine with lemon, lime and citrus blossom notes and aromas of flowers and apricots. A nice bubbly on it’s own or great in any cocktails requiring an effervescent wine. Sparkling wine from Italy.
Aperol Apertivo
Speaking of “champagne cocktails”, perhaps the only thing more satisfying than a great glass of bubbly, oenologically speaking, is a fine sparkling wine concoction, for instance an Aperol Spritz. Aperol on it’s own has notes of bitter orange, pink grapefruit, rhubarb and herbs, but when mixed with sparkling wine makes for a heavenly libation. Aperitif from Italy.
Bread & Butter Pinot Noir
A juicy pinot, bursting with notes of red fruits such as cherries, raspberries & strawberries. Gentle oak notes on the finish contribute to hints of vanilla which join seamlessly with the fruity flavors. Red wine from California.
Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc & Viognier
This tropical and juicy white displays hints of mangoes, papayas, peaches and melons. A crisp acidic spine contributes to a clean finish and offers a nice counterpoint to the fruity bouquet. White wine from California.
Adega de Penalva Dao Orange Wine
The gorgeous orange hue is accomplished through an extended maceration process of three weeks. Floral aromas and a mélange of stone fruits in this delectable skin-contact wine. Orange wine from Portugal.
Matua Sauvignon Blanc
Just a classic Marlborough Sauvignon, with quintessential citrus notes, passion fruit, green melon and a hint of fresh cut grass. White wine from New Zealand.
Cantina Santa Maria La Palma Aragosta
This vermentino from Sardinia is a perfect pair with seafood, not surprising, considering it’s maritime origin. Delicately fruity with notes of green apple, yet a crisp, dry finish. White wine from Italy.
Vietti Barbera d’Asti
This Barbera has notes of wild berries, chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut, with a nice minerality that contributes to this wine’s versatility as a pour with a wide variety of dishes and cuisines. Red wine from Italy.
BIELER ROSÉ
A classic Provence rosé, harmoniously balanced between floral, herbal, dry and fruity, with peach, wild raspberries, white cherry, summer flowers and Provence herbs. Rosé wine from France.
The Simple Grape Pinot Grigio
An all-natural, sustainable, vegan white wine without sacrificing flavor in their desire to farm ethically. Notes of apples, pears and apricots before the refreshing, clean finish. White wine from California.
WÖlffer RosÉ Cider
This homegrown cider, made from New York apples, has a dazzling rosé color, with notes of crispin apples with a pure mouth-feel & lightly sweet, apple finish. Cider from New York.
